This is necessary as challenges continue to grow: digitalisation, changes in the political framework and new competitors require far-reaching changes to be made in corporate business models. This also has a direct impact on the activities of supervisory boards: it is more important than ever before for the supervisory board to continuously support the management as a sparring partner and advisor.<\/p>\n<p>Professionalisation thus plays a crucial role in the activities of the supervisory board. It is the prerequisite for meeting greater demands in the future, too. Among other things, this involves establishing an efficient internal organisation, a meaningful reporting system, effective work and support processes as well as ensuring appropriate remuneration. We will help you on the way forward to becoming a professional supervisory board.
