To this end, we provide genuine added value by advising the supervisory and advisory boards on governance issues: through structured training and onboarding measures to the organisation and holding of supervisory board workshops, the further development of supervisory board reporting and specific coaching of supervisory board chairpersons. We always have one thing in mind: increasing the effectiveness of your board.<\/p>\n<p>Our consulting is characterised by trusting cooperation that focuses on you.
