We start with the competence profile for your board which is required by the Code and the German Banking Act and which should take the future requirements of the supervisory board into account based on the strategic objectives of the company.<\/p>\n<p>On the basis of the current composition of the board and by applying our competence model, we identify suitable people and assist you in contacting, assessing and selecting them.
